An interactive repository for key organizational information that provides crucial insights into the organization’s, foundational information, structure, procedures and operating guidelines, key processes roles and relationships, etc. It is designed as a tool for organizational members to help establish long-term and day to day alignment in the execution of the organization’s mission, key objectives and most importantly the development and delivery of the organization’s products and services.

Interactive Charter Document (iCD)


A interactive repository for key team/business unit information that provides crucial insights into the teams, core information, structure, procedures and operating guidelines, key processes roles and relationships, etc. It is designed as a tool for team members to help establish long-term and day to day alignment in the execution of the team’s core function, key objectives and most importantly the development and delivery of the team’s products and services.

Desktop SOPs/POGs


The Standard Operating Procedures are a hard copy desktop version of those same key processes, procedures and information found in the iPOG and iCDs. For some users a requirement still exists to have access to a printable desktop format. The SOP fulfills that requirement.

CONOPS
