Shackleton Group’s Quality Assurance Program is ISO 9001:2008 certified and is accredited by ANSI-ASQ NAB & International Accreditation Forum (IAF). The scope of Shackleton Group’s registration includes: High Performance Organizational Development and Systems Navigation to include Training Systems Integration and Government and Commercial Acquisition Management and Planning Consulting. Shackleton Group’s Quality Management System is highly adaptive to all services provide by the team. The overarching document controlling the company’s quality process is Shackleton Group’s Quality Manual. Management Responsibility, Resource Management, Product Realization, Measurement Analysis and Improvement are defined in this document and processes have been developed to ensure customer requirements are defined and products/services have been developed to ensure customer satisfaction.
